Room and Facility Rentals

PCMDC has a variety of rooms and special event spaces to create you next special event! We event have a fully liscensed catering kitchen!
Event Rentals

PCMDC also has all of the tables, chairs, and tents you need to make your next event one of a kind.

Dining Room - $50 per hour - comes with tables and chairs for up to 50

Kitchen - $80 flat fee for cooking and serving

Classrooms - $25 per hour - comes set up as is

Front Lawn - no tables or chairs - $50 per hour

Front lawn - tables & chairs for $75 per hour

Ball court - tables and chairs for 50 - $100 per hour

Ball court with tent rental and tables and chairs for 50 - $600

(includes $340 tent up and down fee to WNC tents)

Extras available at extra costs:

8’ Rectangular Tables (Seats 10) - $35 each

8’ Round Tables (Seats 10) - $45 each

Bistro Tables $10 each - $2 each
